Our pigs on the hoof are 250 lbs. Hanging weight is approximately 165-175 lbs.
The finish product of consumable meat is 55-60 lbs. of meat. 1 / 22 qt. roasting pan holds ½ hog 2/22 qt. roasting pans hold 1 whole hog.
